Emergency buzzer — waiting room toilets.

Security are holding the door. A 54-year-old man who was in the queue with 'vomiting' has filled the cubicle with fresh blood. The triage nurse is on the floor with him.

"Known liver disease. Huge haematemesis. I need him in resus now."
