44-year-old woman. Found drowsy by her partner. Empty blister packs on the floor. Suspected overdose. Time of ingestion unknown. Last seen well about 4 hours ago. No trauma.
HR 128, BP 88/54, RR 16, SpO2 96% on air, GCS 11. Hot and dry. Oxygen given. No gastrointestinal decontamination.
ETA 6 minutes.
