M — Medical collapse. Known diabetes treated with insulin
I — Small occipital scalp laceration. No obvious fracture
S — HR 92, BP 128/74, RR 16, SpO2 97% on air, GCS 10. Sweaty
T — Oxygen given. The ambulance glucometer has failed. No pre-hospital glucose
ETA — 5 minutes.
