SCOTTISH AMBULANCE SERVICE — PRE-ALERT

58-year-old man. Severe central crushing chest pain for approximately 45 minutes.

Associated nausea, one vomit, diaphoresis, dizziness.

GTN spray given pre-hospital. He became markedly more dizzy afterwards.

HR 52  BP 88/58  RR 20  SpO₂ 96% air  GCS 15

ETA approximately 3 minutes.
