Scottish Ambulance Service — pre-alert.

“Pre-alert for RESUS. We have a 46-year-old woman found collapsed at home by her sister. Last known well approximately three hours ago. Possible overdose but we’re not sure what she’s taken. She had a generalised tonic-clonic seizure during transport which terminated spontaneously. She’s now drowsy, profoundly bradycardic and hypotensive.”
