Woke at approximately 01:40 with rapidly worsening breathlessness. Repeated reliever without adequate improvement. Crew have given nebulised bronchodilator.

HR 132  BP 148/88  RR 36  SpO₂ 90% on high-concentration oxygen  GCS 15  Temp 37.1°C

Speaking only single words.

Crew: “She’s exhausted. We can hardly hear any air moving.”
