The dialysis nurse:

"He's a haemodialysis patient. He's missed Tuesday and Thursday. He's suddenly gone really bradycardic in the chair and I can barely feel his pulse."

52-year-old man. Left radiocephalic fistula. Weak, tingling in both hands. No chest pain. No breathlessness. No potassium result.
